If you know someone who might be overall nice and might be doing rather well for themselves but every now & again can seriously overreact, can do rather radical/excessive odd/bizarre actions and can get involved in precarious/risque things any of which can have a serious impact on themselves and those around them including those extra close to them and more often than not in particular a parent or parents then unfortunately that person might have Bipolar Disorder.

The overriding major sign & symptom of BD is potentially serious, possibly radical and even extreme unpredictability & rashness and inappropriate behaviours & tendencies hence the term Bipolar Disorder. One of the most prominent manifestations of this is a potentially serious, possibly radical and even extreme dislike, distaste and hatred towards in particular a parent and/or parents even when that parent and/or those parents haven’t in reality done anything so terribly bad or horribly wrong to warrant & deserve that. Yes parents can say, do and be involved in extra or even extended extra eccentric or even questionable things as anyone can BUT THAT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS NEVER ANY REASON FOR ANYONE TO TURN COMPLETELY AGAINST AND BREAK OF TOTAL CONTACT WITH AN EXTRA CLOSE RELATIVE SUCH AS THEIR OWN MUM AND/OR DAD. They can of course also be very SUCCESSFUL in their jobs, careers and business as their extra adventurism and in particular ruthlessness can be obviously very beneficial in that regard.

Basically a Bipolar Disorder person not on proper medication will just not be in control or more to the point somewhat more out of control with their overall behaviours and their relationship with those around them and in particular with a parent and/or parents than a non BD person. Not on correct medication a BD person can and most likely will do more serious and possibly even radical things and take more serious and even radical risks than usual. This can have DEVASTATING impacts on those extra close to them and in particular a parent and/or parents they happen to have it specifically in for. However always remember in the end no matter how hard it gets that it is not them that are are to blame but BIPOLAR DISORDER. However the onus is on anyone potentially with BD that are showing the obvious clear signs and have a close relative who had/has BD to go for the help & medication they might so desperately need.
